TASTER
For those who are interested in psychedelic assisted therapy, a one month exploration into the possibilities that await you.
Trust.
Let go.
Be open.
Breathe.
Surrender.
We start with a face to face meeting a few days or weeks prior to your psychedelic assisted therapy to set your intention. This is a vitally important step to clarify what you want to get out of the experience, what you want to let go of, and what you want to bring in. (We go into this deeper in our other packages).
You start with a facilitated MDMA assisted therapy session. The MDMA opens your heart and neural pathways and allows new insights and understandings around your past reality. I will collect you from your place and on the drive we will talk about what to expect during the therapy session. Afterwards I will collect you and we will go to a hotel where we will talk. I will use my skills as an interviewer, writer, and biographer to ensure we capture all of the realisations you have arrived at. In this way you are able to be fully present in your 'a-ha' moments whilst I record everything for you. This truly is an exciting and precious time as you realise the world you thought you knew dissolves and grows into one even more magnificent. It is vitally important to get the maximum benefit from these sessions, which is why I am there with you, capturing and recording, in your own words, all your new found knowledge. You could have a family member or friend do this for you, but you are unlikely to be truly honest about what comes up in those situations, and then you would be doing yourself a disservice.
The next morning, we will talk further as you will have more realisations bombarding you about the reality of your life. You will then go to your second assisted therapy session - this one being psylocibin. This session is important to solidify your new found knowledge. After this session we will again retire to the hotel to talk all things momentous about your life whilst I record them for you and help you process your new understandings. You now have time to process your new thoughts and feelings before I take you back to your home.
Both the MDMA and psylocibin sessions are deeply profound. They draw back the curtains of your life, and reveal a plethora of realisations. The new joy and awareness the therapies bring to your life aren't even imaginable beforehand.
Each week for the next 3 weeks we will have a one-hour Zoom follow up meeting to discuss your realisations, talk about your integration plan, implement the integration plan and rituals in your life, and check in with how your integration is going. I deliver your 'a-ha' moments and integration plan during the first two zoom follow ups, based on our discussions during your therapy weekend, your goals, and my experience re-structuring people's lives for the outcomes they are searching for.
You will also receive daily prompts to encourage you for three weeks around your 'a-ha's' and integration goals.
The cost for the one-month taster is $2,788 for my services, and approximately $3,500 for the psychedelic assisted therapy facilitators fees (depending on your facilitator).
(Please note, accommodation is not included in these fees and will need to be factored in based on your preferences).
